President/Owner

As President/Owner, I have a passion for people that allows me to foster relationships with customers while helping employees find purpose and satisfaction in doing meaningful work. My greatest achievement, however, is my family. My favorite titles are Wife, Momma, and Nana.

J.R. DAVIS
Chief Operating Officer

As COO, I oversee Paragon’s service contracts and business development. During my 35+ year career, I’ve worked at NSWC Crane, Tinker AFB, OSU, and Whiteman AFB. I’ve overseen over 50M in contract work and received many CCASS awards. I enjoy basketball, auctions, traveling, and spending time with my family.

SHANNON FITZHUGH
Chief Financial Officer

As CFO, I’m responsible for all fiscal requirements here at Paragon Force. During my career I’ve managed over 150M in JOC/SABER/Seaport-e contracts. I get tremendous satisfaction helping PFI and its team members achieve their business goals. My favorite hobbies are my grandkids!

AMBER BURNS
Project Manager

As project manager, I’m the “unofficial psychologist, event planner, peacemaker, lawyer, and detective!” I take pride in being a happy balance for the employees and the company. In my spare time, you will catch me outside with my daughter or bow fishing with my husband. I also enjoy learning new things and a good competition!

TOM MEDINA
Program Executive, Construction & Integrated Solutions

I support federal projects, integrated solutions, technical kitting programs, construction coordination, technical proposal development, estimating, and mission support initiatives for government and commercial customers. Experienced in managing complex projects, developing practical solutions, and supporting customers from concept through execution.

JANELLE RIGGLE
Facility Security Officer

As FSO, I oversee the Industrial Security Program. I’m passionate about security as it’s challenging and rewarding. I’m an Oakland City University graduate with a degree in Biology. I’m married with three wonderful kids. I enjoy baking, watching my kids’ sports, spending time with family/friends and traveling.

LINDSEY TERRELL
Director of Business Operations

As the Director of Business Operations, I oversee the project financial and operational functions that help our organization run efficiently and effectively. With an MBA and more than 18 years of experience in contracts and pricing, I’m committed to driving continuous improvement and supporting sustainable growth. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, volunteering, golfing, spending time with my family and friends, and cheering on my kids in their various sports activities.

Finance Lead Specialist

As Finance Lead Specialist, I oversee key finance and accounting operations through payroll administration, project billing coordination, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. I am passionate about organization, efficiency, and creating streamlined solutions that support employees and operations. When I’m not working, I enjoy reading, playing the piano, making memories with my family, and feeding my ongoing fascination with all things British.

HEATHER COULTER
HR Generalist

As HR Generalist I lend a helpful hand to many departments and employees each day. My educational background consists of HR Management and Office Administration with 15 years of experience in HR functions. I enjoy summer days at the lake, wine tasting with friends, and spending time with my family.

DEBRA MEDINA
Project Analyst

As Project Analyst I track funding and provide contracts support.  I have over 25 years of contract maintenance experience in the government contracting construction industry.  In my spare time I enjoy being outdoors, hiking, climbing mountains and spending time with my family.

HUNTER NEUKAM
Cybersecurity and Systems Administrator

As Cybersecurity and Systems Administrator it is my duty to ensure our systems are secure and robust to prevent malicious activity within our environment. I enjoy the challenge of solving the unique issues that are presented in this field and being able to learn every day. In my personal time you will often find me with friends, in the gym, or eating.

MARK BRADA
Director of Manufacturing

As Director of Manufacturing, my responsibilities include ensuring our fabrication team has everything required to produce exactly what our customers expect. As a veteran, retired police officer, and CNC machinist, I love what we do here at Paragon Force. While not working, I enjoy cycling, hiking, backpacking, paddle boarding, and Oklahoma Sooners football.

JESSICA BLAZIER
HR Assistant

With 20 years of administrative experience, including over 6 years specifically in human resources, I have developed a strong passion for helping others and enhancing processes. In my role, I work closely with our team to support current staff, prospective employees, and assist with the interview scheduling and onboarding processes. Additionally, I provide support to our traveling staff. Personally, I am committed to advocating for healthcare access, equality, and raising awareness about immune deficiencies. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, writing, traveling with my family, and creating cherished memories together.

MELISSA SHAW
Business Operations Specialist

As a Business Operations Specialist, I support the financial, contractual, and administrative functions that enable our projects and team to succeed. With an MBA and over 20 years of experience in operations and strategic support, I bring expertise in financial management, process improvement, compliance, and data analysis. My background in business operations allows me to identify efficiencies, help drive continuous improvement, and contribute meaningfully to organizational goals. In my free time, I enjoy spoiling my grandbabies, going to concerts and volunteering at a local women’s and children’s shelter.
